We're Lowkey, a company full of visual storytellers committed to doing things differently. Passionate about people and our planet, we put both at the heart of everything we do - and as a B Corp certified creative studio, that commitment runs deep.

Creativity shouldn't have limits. That’s why we shape and deliver work across commercial, branded content, social-first and experiential spaces - and more - all through Lowkey. And when a project calls for 360º creative direction with a pick n’ mix approach, we have developed The Suite Shop, to help build ideas that require flexibility from the ground up.

Non-exclusive roster gives us the freedom to make it right.

We’re changing the game. We don’t believe in exclusive rosters because they can limit creativity. Instead, we’ve built a global network of hand-picked creative collaborators, choosing the right director for every project. We believe creative relationships should be opt-in, allowing partnerships to flourish without restrictions. Authenticity is at our core, and we live by the ‘nothing about us without us’ motto. This flexible, non-exclusive model allows us to work with the right director to tell each story in the most authentic way. The fact that our clients keep coming back proves it works.

Humble roots to
global shoots.

We’re founder-led and built from humble beginnings - just two 18-year-olds making zombie films in our back gardens. Fast forward and we’re creating work for some of the world’s biggest brands and collaborating with globally recognised talent, powered by a network of exceptional creatives.

But long before we had a business plan, we had a set of values. And those values still shape everything we do - from who we work with to the stories we tell and how we run our sets.

Our values
For too long, the film-making industry has been guilty of a toxic culture, embodying sexism, racism and exploitation and overworking. We are firmly opposed to these practices and do everything we can to prevent them from happening within Lowkey or on any of our productions.
We practice authentic and culturally relevant storytelling. Put simply, our work must be created with the mantra ‘nothing about us without us’. By working with clients and directors we can ensure that the experiences of those represented on screen are created by those with the same experiences off screen.
Lowkey was established to provide the industry with new talent, encouraging new and diverse voices to be in the spotlight. We wholeheartedly support and integrate diverse practice into how we bring on board crew, actors and recruit staff.
Lowkey is a company that has grown from grassroots and as such, we ensure that our clients, colleagues and all our stakeholders get the attention and products they deserve. This attitude ensures the quality of our output remains consistently high and, most importantly, our reputation remains intact.
Put simply: we love what we do. Creating great work, winning awards and having it shared worldwide is of course great, but nothing beats out primal enjoyment of filmmaking and the process of creating great work. It's why we do what we do!

We have collaborated with industry leading sustainability partners to set tangible targets that ensure our productions are run in the best way possible for both people and planet.
We are passionate about taking the less-trodden path, in going against the conventional and boring. By going off-brief, and challenging the norm, we can push ourselves creatively, as well as ensuring our clients get eye-opening, outstanding films that set the path for others to follow.
Many of us at Lowkey started by making films for fun as kids. If there is a story to be told, we want to tell it. The world has changed and audiences need authentic stories in order for them to engage with brands. We are masters of finding the stories evoke emotion and generate responses.
It’s not enough to just change with the times. To be ahead of the pack we are constantly pushing new ways of thinking and encouraging new voices to shout loudly. It’s our belief that this change has to happen both on and off screen in order for our work to have the lasting impact it deserves.
We are platform agnostic - making the best content to enrich the widest audience possible. We work all the way from social content on phones to films with cinema releases.
